VIEWINGS:
Viewings will take place exclusively on the dates specified by Aste Business.
Interested parties are invited to contact the designated contact person to arrange a time.
Requests must be received with at least 72 hours’ notice; otherwise, they may not be considered.
IMPORTANT:
Some of the goods included in this sale may not comply with the Machinery Directive or lack CE marking.
In accordance with current legislation, such items may not be re-introduced onto the EU market unless they are brought into compliance by the successful bidder at their own expense, in accordance with the applicable technical and safety provisions.
The sale takes place in the actual and legal condition in which the goods are found, as seen and accepted, without any warranty regarding condition, operation, safety or regulatory compliance, either by the proceedings or by Aste Business Srl.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF REGISTERED MOVABLE PROPERTY
The procedures for the transfer of ownership will be carried out at a vehicle registration agency appointed by Aste Business S.r.l., in agreement with the Receivership. As this is a sale within the context of insolvency proceedings, the necessary timeframes may vary from those for procedures carried out outside of court, due to the required bureaucratic process. The price list is available in the tender documentation.
For vehicles that have not undergone a roadworthiness test, only bidders with their registered office or residence in Italy may participate in the auction.
Should the lot be awarded to a bidder who does not meet the requirements, the deposit paid will be forfeited as compensation and the assets will be awarded to the second-highest bidder.
PAYMENT AND COLLECTION
Payment: 5 days.
Payment for the entire lot: 20 days.
Collection: 30 days.
Collection of the entire lot: 60 days.
VIES
The procedure is registered with VIES: successful bidders with their residence or registered office abroad, provided they are within the EU, will not be required to pay VAT.
