The auction is subject to time extension. Participation from a desktop computer is recommended.
INSPECTIONS:
Inspections will be carried out exclusively on the dates indicated by Aste Business.
Interested parties are invited to contact the designated representative to arrange a time.
Requests must be received at least 72 hours in advance; otherwise, they may not be considered.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF REGISTERED MOVABLE PROPERTY
The procedures for the transfer of ownership will be carried out at a vehicle registration agency appointed by Aste Business S.r.l., in agreement with the Receivership. As this is a sale in bankruptcy proceedings, the time required may vary from that required for procedures carried out in a non-judicial context, due to the necessary bureaucratic process. The price list can be consulted in the tender documentation.
For vehicles that have not undergone a roadworthiness test, only users with a registered office or residence in Italy may participate in the auction.
In the event of a successful bid by a bidder who does not meet the requirements, the deposit paid will be forfeited as compensation and the goods will be awarded to the second highest bidder.
VIES
The procedure is registered with VIES: successful bidders with their registered office or residence abroad, provided they are within the EU, will not be required to pay VAT.
