The goods are located in Cressa (NO) and can be viewed by appointment to be arranged with the contact person indicated.
A deposit is required to participate in the auction.
The auction is subject to time extension. Participation from a desktop computer is recommended.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF REGISTERED MOVABLE PROPERTY
The paperwork for the transfer of ownership will be carried out at a car registration agency appointed by Aste Business S.r.l., in agreement with the Receivership. As this is a sale in bankruptcy proceedings, the time required may vary from that required for extrajudicial procedures due to the necessary bureaucratic process. The price list can be consulted in the tender documentation.
For vehicles without a valid MOT, only users with a registered office or residence in Italy may participate in the auction.
If the bid is awarded to a bidder who does not meet the requirements, the deposit paid will be forfeited as compensation and the goods will be awarded to the second highest bidder.
