The auction includes mechanical and hydraulic presses of various capacities, including ROVETTA, NAVA, MECFOND, IMS and SPIERTZ, ABB/FRONIUS and COMAU robotic welding and spot welding islands, welders, calenders, feeders, industrial refrigerators, AUTOMATOR marking machines, 6 and 10 ton cranes, DEA three-dimensional measuring machine, GUALDONI CNC milling machine, workshop equipment and leftovers, metal shelving, semi-finished products, office furniture and a FIAT DAILY truck.

Requests must be submitted with a minimum advance notice of 10 working days; otherwise, they may not be considered.
IMPORTANT:
Some items subject to this sale may not comply with the Machinery Directive or lack CE marking.
Under current regulations, such items cannot be re-entered into the Community market unless they are brought into compliance at the expense and responsibility of the successful bidder, in accordance with applicable technical and safety provisions.
The sale is conducted in the actual legal and factual condition in which the items are found, as seen and accepted, without any warranty regarding their condition of use, operation, safety, or regulatory compliance, neither by the procedure nor by Aste Business Srl.

PICKUP DETAILS:
Aste Business makes available to interested parties, on an optional basis, a service for dismantling and loading purchased goods onto trucks, carried out by a specialized partner company.
The cost estimates for these activities are indicated in the individual lot sheets, which may vary depending on the specific requirements of the successful bidder and the requested operational methods.
Dismantling and loading operations will be performed directly by the appointed partner company, under its own responsibility. Aste Business assumes no responsibility regarding the execution of these activities, without prejudice to the mandatory obligations and liabilities provided by law.
