Requests must be received at least 72 hours in advance; otherwise, they may not be considered.

Some goods subject to the present sale may not comply with the Machinery Directiveorbe lacking CE marking.
Pursuant to current regulations, such goodscannot be reintroduced onto the community marketunless they are brought up to standard at the buyer's care and expense, in compliance with applicable technical and safety provisions.
The sale takes place in the factual and legal state in which the goods are found, as seen and liked,without any warrantyregarding condition, operation, safety, and regulatory compliance, neither from the procedure, nor from Aste Business Srl.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF REGISTERED MOVABLE ASSETS
The procedures for the transfer of ownership will be carried out at a car practice agency appointed by Aste Business S.r.l., in agreement with the Receivership.As this is a sale within a bankruptcy proceeding, the necessary timelines may vary compared to practices carried out in an extrajudicial context, due to the required bureaucratic process. The price list can be consulted in the tender documentation.
For vehicles without a valid inspection, only users with registered offices or residence in Italy may participate in the auction.
In the event of an award to a bidder lacking the required qualifications, the deposit paid will be forfeited as compensation, and the assets will be awarded to the second highest bidder.
PAYMENT AND COLLECTION
Payment: 5 days.
Collection: 30 days.
VIES
The procedure is registered with VIES: successful bidders residing or having their registered office abroad, provided they are within the EU, will not be required to pay VAT.
