Single lot consisting of:
- Full ownership rights for the entire industrial complex divided into five distinct buildings named respectively: shed 1), shed 2), shed 3), communicating with each other by means of a tunnel, building for canteen use with caretaker's residence, multi-storey building for use as offices, exhibition hall and auditorium. The whole insists on an area of approx.sqm 40,587 etween covered and uncovered, now described in the CT as an area of urban and mixed entities;
- properties for special and/or particular use on which the bankrupt company claims non-full ownership rights, referred to in lots 3, 4, 6 and 7 of the appraisal;
- movable assets in the office building and in the building used for canteen and changing room use (in addition to complementary ones), Warehouse 20 equipment and movable assets.

On 03/29/2024, the planimetric attachments of the properties and those relating to the easements present on the roofs following the sale of the photovoltaic system were uploaded (attachments 65, 66 and 67) in addition to the easements deriving from the supplementary deed of sale of the 2017 (annexes 36 and 64). The remaining attachments are available upon written request to be sent to info@astebusiness.it.
