The metal ladders present on some vehicles are not included in the lots for sale.
The goods are located in Ostra Vetere (AN) and can be viewed by appointment to be agreed with the indicated contact person.
To participate in the auction, a deposit of € 1.000 is required to be paid by bank transfer or credit card following the instructions provided. Some lots may require a specific deposit.
The auction is subject to time extension. Participation from a desktop computer is suggested.
The procedures for the transfer of ownership will be carried out at a car processing agency appointed by Aste Business S.r.l., in agreement with the Curatorship. Since this is a sale in an insolvency context, the necessary timescales may vary compared to procedures carried out in an extrajudicial context, due to the necessary bureaucratic process.

For vehicles without an inspection, only users with registered office or residence in Italy will be able to participate in the auction.
