The auction will be held in asynchronous mode.
Interested parties must send their offer, duly deposited, no later than 12:00 a.m. on 10/06/2023.
When submitting the offer, the bidders must attach the declaration regarding the assumption of the severance indemnity debt. The facsimile of the declaration can be downloaded from the lot page, in the "Documentation" section.
On the 10/09/2023 at 2:00 p.m., the curator will examine the offers received and enable the bidders who have submitted their offer correctly to participate in the auction, in accordance with the conditions set out in the notice.
The auction will start at 3:00 p.m. on 10/09/2023 and will end at the same time on the following day, unless a time extension is applied.
